Meet the trainer

Hi, I’m Luke Frankel

I’ve been a trainer for over 10 years, and helped thousands of men and women achieve their goals. I have a passion for a fit lifestyle and I enjoy competing in basketball leagues, as well as competing in Powerlifting where I hold multiple regional records. In my life I’ve been a long distance runner, a strength athlete, a ball sport athlete, and have experienced and come back from many setbacks/injury, which has taught me to be a better, and more understanding coach.

I’ve worked with Elite Athletes, Coached other trainers/coaches, helped elderly individuals, given fitness talks to Doctors/Dentists, and everything in between. Some of my clients have come to me riddled with medical issues like obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, knowing they need to make a change but aren’t sure how and I find a way to help them.

My mission as your coach is to create a system that works for YOU. I get excited at the idea of sitting down to talk during our initial consultation and getting to the bottom of your pain when it comes to fitness, and to find a solution that will work in the long term.

BOOK FREE CONSULTATION

We'll begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your fitness background, goals, training preferences, dietary habits, and specific concerns/injury history. This helps me understand your specific needs and allows me to best construct the program for you. If the coaching is a good fit, we’ll proceed to the next step

CHOOSE A PLAN

Based on the consultation, we talk about what realistic goals are for your time frame and choose a plan that best helps you achieve those. If that plan includes the 1 on 1 coaching with nutrition, I’ll connect you with our dietitian, and schedule your first nutrition meeting with her.

SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

I’ll design a custom workout plan tailored to your fitness level, health status, and needs, ensuring each exercise maximizes your progress. Additionally, our dietitian will create a nutrition plan based on your personalized macronutrient and calorie needs, focusing on foods that fuel your body efficiently and sustainably.
